Our home stay was established in 2011. We have converted some portion of our house into five bed rooms and run this as home stay.  The food served here is prepared with rice and vegetables grown in our own farm. Milk and dairy products served here are also from our own cows and buffalos. The food prepared here is everyday havyaka meals and sweets.
The home stay is surrounded with areca and coconut trees. The building consists of one large open gallery and huge inside veranda which opens up to the blue sky. The entire home stay consists of wooden ceiling with ancient look to it. Rooms are located in first floor and ground floor consists of TV hall with sufficient place to play indoor games.
 Since the home stay is located one kilo meter from the main road, the home stay provides extremely very calm stay. The area around home stay is quite large, such that kids can play volleyball, badminton etc. You are free to visit our cow shed, bio gas plantation and the farm. The crops grown in our farm are areca nut, coconut, pepper, cardamom, ginger, turmeric, nutmeg. The other fruits grown here are mangoes, papaya, sapodilla, fig and guava.
We had great experience of serving to our guests. So far our guests have mostly enjoyed the location of the stay, food and our hospitality. Even though most of the work is done by us we do enjoy good talk with our guests regarding our surrounding. |
